Aftershock Fastpitch 14u will be back in action this weekend as they head to the Rock n Bear Bash in North Royalton, Ohio. Led by George Frasure, Aftershock 14u puts their 9-5-1 record on the line on Friday night at 6 pm facing Explosive 09 in pool play. This will be a rematch of a game played in late April where Explosive 09 scored an 11-5 victory in an error-filled game. After 6 weeks of hard work this matchup will be one to see.
On Saturday, as pool play continues, Aftershock 14u will face a brutal gap in game timing when they face the Quakes 09 team at 9 am then the Hamburg Lady Dawgs at 3:15 pm. The game with the Quake will be the second this season with their program after Aftershock 14u won 11-3 over Quakes 08 at the Salute to Service Tournament over Memorial Day weekend. After the pool play games are completed on Saturday, Aftershock 14u will be back in action in bracket play on Sunday with times TBA.
